In playing Shin shishioh I had some ideas in mind: Do you remember the custom shin shishioh called Wasteno.440?
He had a bunch of electric attacks along with his usual moveset to give him a more upkept movelist, sorta like his original game counterpart.
Maybe there can be a way to add some spark to this lion?
That's a good idea.It looks like I can recreate the special move I wanted to include. It will probably take some time to upgrade, but I'd like to try it.
